Para sindicatos marítimos

Estandariza la formación en IA aplicada, mejora la empleabilidad y refuerza la cultura de seguridad con un programa práctico para el día a día a bordo y en tierra.

For maritime unions

Standardize practical AI training, improve employability, and strengthen safety culture with a program designed for real work onboard and ashore.

Who it’s for

Union leadership

Build a clear member value proposition: modern, measurable training aligned with real engine-room work.

Training coordinators

Run cohorts, track progress, and access participation and completion reporting by group.

Members and learners

Machinists, officers, and technical staff who want to apply AI to reporting, fault diagnosis, and predictive maintenance.

Key benefits

  • Standardized training across levels and profiles, with shared quality criteria.
  • Improved employability through practical, certifiable skills.
  • Stronger safety culture with clearer communication and better documentation habits.
  • Faster reporting (logs, technical reports, incident write-ups) with consistent structure.
  • Better diagnostics using guided analysis and structured technical thinking.
  • Predictive maintenance mindset to plan work and prioritize actions.
  • Compliance support via clearer, more traceable documentation (no promise of regulatory certification).

How the program works

NAUT-IA is a practical online program with 7 modules (13+ hours) focused on real tasks: reporting, diagnostics, predictive maintenance, safety, and automation.

Includes progress tracking, completion certificates, and support to help adoption.

Modules (summary)

  • M01 — 1.5 horas
  • M02 — 2 horas
  • M03 — 2 horas
  • M04 — 1.5 horas
  • M05 — 2 horas
  • M06 — 2 horas
  • M07 — 2 horas

Licensing for unions

Seat-based cohorts

Best for unions running training cohorts. Seat-based licensing (10–100 learners) with 3 / 6 / 9-month access.

  • Group pricing and volume tiers.
  • Coordinator reporting: progress, completion, participation.
  • Certificates upon module and final project completion.
  • Onboarding and adoption support.

Company partnerships

If the union deploys NAUT-IA together with shipping companies or corporate training centers, we can evaluate a fleet-based option as part of the partnership.

Implementation process (1–2 weeks)

1) Request a quote

We define cohort size, access duration, and training goals.

2) Onboarding

We align the plan, timeline, and responsibilities (union coordination / training center).

3) Configuration

User setup, cohort groups, and tracking parameters.

4) Launch

Cohort kickoff with usage guidance and recommended weekly pace.

5) Monitoring

Progress reporting and support to improve completion and outcomes.
